In cooperation with the PIM & CEMS Club Cologne, Unibail-Rodamco gives you the opportunity to get to know the company, to have an insight in the world of retail real estate and to experience to what extent marketing has a stake in the future of retail. In our business, Marketing is core! First and foremost it is about knowing the catchment area, the customers and the competition. Positioning, the optimal merchandising mix and an accurate Marketing Action Plan defining the B2C vision of the asset are only some of the crucial milestones. All of our initiatives are directly visible to our visitors and have a strong impact on the overall success of our shopping centres.
