This International Yoga Day, step away from the everyday and gift yourself a morning of stillness, movement, and breath. Together, we'll move through gentle yoga postures, explore calming breathwork, and settle into a guided meditation.
Research shows that even short, regular mindfulness and movement practices can significantly reduce stress, sharpen focus, and nurture a healthier, happier mind.
A few things to keep in mind:
-Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move freely in
-Come on an empty stomach or with only a very light snack beforehand
-Bring your own yoga mat - it's essential!
If the weather permits, we’ll enjoy the session outdoors in the gardens; otherwise we’ll continue at the Clubhouse.
