If you'd like to stay some more days for visiting Munich, there is no problem, you are not obliged to head back to cologne with us. However, we'll not be able to make discounts in the travel price. But even for one way 45 euro are not really expensive. If you wanna stay in Munich for longer, please Be aware that during the Oktoberfest hotel and hostel prices are super expensive and maybe not even available anymore.
